The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore recently appointed Tusch Daroga as manager of theluxury hotel, located in the heart of the vibrant city. He brings with him a wealth of experience, with a career spanningover 16 years in the hospitality industry, across leading luxury hotel brands, such as The Oberoi Hotels and Resorts, The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts and Trident Hotels.
In his latest capacity, he is responsible for leading the team in achieving operational efficacy and creating exceptional guest experiences by instilling initiatives to empower employees and inspiring a thriving work culture.
A graduate from theOberoi Centre of Learning and Development, and having begun his career at the early age of 18, Daroga has grown through the ranks from assistant manager in front office with The Oberoi Group to his most recent role as executive assistant manager, The Leela Palace, New Delhi.
