Dive into the culinary heritage of Punjab as Indore Marriott Hotel hosts the Royal Cuisines of Punjab food festival starting from May 13 till May 22, 2022.
Underlining the theme, executive chef, Shiv Parvesh and chef Tinkesh have come up with a delectable array of Punjabi cuisine. The grand spread will showcase an assortment of delicacies like Bhatti da Murgh pindwala, Dahi Bhutta Rattan Tikki - a Jalandhar specialty, Amritsari Butter Chicken, Kacche Aam ki Launji with Poori, Pind Da Matka Gosht, Amritsari Pindi Chole amongst other preparations.
Shiv Parvesh, executive chef, Indore Marriott Hotel, said, “Food is something that brings people together. It’s a medium of communication, a source of comfort, and a means of celebration. Food is a way of life, and Punjabi food has become synonymous with this sentiment.
