Fairfield by Marriott Mumbai Andheri West is bringing the flavours of traditional Parsi home cooking to its all-day dining restaurant, Pana, with the launch of “Jamva Chalo Ji,” a curated Parsi culinary experience from August 14 to 23, 2026.
The festival will feature chef Daugdo Ragina, a specialist in authentic Parsi home-style cuisine, who will showcase recipes and cooking techniques passed down through generations of Parsi households. The experience aims to offer diners an authentic taste of the community’s culinary heritage, with dishes prepared in the traditional home-style manner.
The menu will feature Parsi favourites including Dhansak and Patra Ni Machhi, alongside dishes highlighting the distinctive sweet, sour and spicy flavours associated with Parsi cuisine. The offering is positioned as an introduction to lesser-known culinary traditions for new diners while evoking nostalgia for those familiar with Parsi food.
