FAMSUN, a leading global provider of integrated solutions for the feed and food industries, has successfully wrapped up its participation at VIV MEA 2025 the Middle East and Africa’s premier agribusiness and animal-protein exhibition held from November 25 to 27 at the ADNEC Center in Abu Dhabi.
At the expo, FAMSUN used the platform to reaffirm its commitment to supporting growing demand for food security, production efficiency, and sustainability across the MEA region. The company showcased its advanced digital and automation technologies designed to optimise industrial processes in feed, aquaculture, poultry, and livestock sectors.
FAMSUN’s booth witnessed high footfall over the three-day event, drawing a mix of industry professionals, decision-makers, and potential partners. Conversations revolved around how FAMSUN’s intelligent manufacturing systems can enable full process traceability, operational efficiency, and sustainable practices highlighting the region’s increasing interest in digital transformation of agribusiness.
A key moment came at the pre-show Aquafeed Extrusion Conference, where FAMSUN’s technical director for pet food production gave a presentation entitled “Float or Sink? The science behind pellet behaviour.” The session explored how precise extrusion control can influence feed pellet density underscoring the shift from mere feed production to feed “design,” to meet nutritional and species-specific needs.
The success of FAMSUN at VIV MEA is bolstered by its expansive global service network including multiple international service hubs and rapidly expanding service-centre infrastructure. This global footprint, the company says, is critical for delivering timely after-sales support and technical assistance to partners across the MEA region, thereby ensuring long-term value, reliability and operational continuity.
Buoyed by the strong and positive response at the event, FAMSUN views this as a reinforcement of its strategic focus on the Middle East and Africa. The company is now looking forward to converting newly established connections into projects aimed at building a resilient, digitally empowered, and sustainable agribusiness future in the region.
