Fishlee’s successful restaurant scene has helped in shaping its outlets as a one-stop destination for all seafood lovers. The brand is now looking to raise fresh capital of Rs 12 crore which would help the brand in regional expansion, investing in new kinds of food technology to enhance customer satisfaction, and with the vision of expanding the footprint throughout India.
Currently, the company has been working on establishing two outlets in Delhi, Chandigarh, Mohali, two outlets in Lucknow, Allahabad, Kanpur, Varanasi, Noida, Ludhiana, Barnala, Sangrur, Moga, and Amritsar.
Abdullah Mushtaq, founder, Fishlee, said, “We have PAN-India expansion plans, but before going with that, we would like to expand in the northern region of India. Hence, we are currently focussing on our regional strategy. We want to enhance the charismatic vibe of the cities in India, and offer a unique and unforgettable dining experience.”
It is a fish-based QSR breaking the predominance of Chicken. Till now, for consumers and seafood lovers who appreciate fish, only high-end food or nearby joints were the main two choices, and a fast, sterile western plan that serves fish was absent.
It was an idea that filled this hole with its flavourful fish-based menu beginning from a suitable cost. For those who adore seafood, this joint offers a wide arrangement of mouth-watering fish-based foods.
From absolutely delicious fish 'n' chips to appetizing French-style Brioche burgers to Coastal Fish Curries to prawn-based food items, Fishlee is the hub for specialised seafood delicacies.
“We serve only the freshest seafood from squeaky-clean waters around the country plus premium quality seasonal items, artistically prepared and presented,” concluded Mushtaq.
