French nutrition-ingredient specialist Fytexia has introduced a new concept titled “Satiety Bites with DNF-10”, aimed at helping snack food manufacturers tap into growing consumer demand for smarter, more satisfying choices. The offering is built around DNF-10, a patented peptide hydrolysate derived from Saccharomyces cerevisiae (yeast) that acts on the gut–brain mediators of appetite, reducing calorie intake and supporting fat-mass reduction.
