Haldiram Snacks Food Pvt. Ltd. has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Rajiv Singh as vice president – head of marketing & growth for its Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) business, effective January 2026. The move comes as the iconic Indian food and hospitality brand pushes to expand its restaurant footprint both domestically and in international markets.
In his new role, Singh will be responsible for shaping and executing the growth and marketing strategy for Haldiram’s QSR operations. His mandate includes driving brand-led expansion, scaling the QSR business and building consumer-first marketing engines in close collaboration with the company’s leadership team.
Singh brings over 15 years of experience across FMCG and retail marketing, with expertise in brand building, strategic planning, content marketing, media buying and retail growth initiatives. Prior to joining Haldiram’s, he served as Head of Growth & Marketing at ITC Limited – ITC Food Tech, where he played a key role in developing and scaling cloud kitchen and food-tech operations from May 2022 until January 2026.
Before his tenure at ITC, Singh held leadership roles with several leading consumer brands, including Happilo International Pvt Ltd, where he oversaw brand marketing and strategic alliances, and Blackberrys Menswear in retail marketing capacities. His varied experience also spans work with Cheil Worldwide and Spencer’s Retail, among others.
In a LinkedIn post announcing his appointment, Singh described Haldiram’s as an “extraordinary legacy in Indian food and hospitality” and expressed his enthusiasm for accelerating growth in the QSR segment while building scalable, market-relevant marketing initiatives.
Haldiram’s, founded in 1937 and headquartered in Noida, has grown from a traditional snack maker into a household name with an extensive portfolio of restaurants, packaged foods and quick-service outlets across India. The recruitment of Singh underscores the company’s focus on bolstering its competitive edge in the fast-growing QSR sector.
