Hawkers Cafe is the brainchild of Manik and Rajat Kapoor who thought of bringing the street culture alive. Its menu comprises chat, bhajis, pizzas and tacos. The restaurant is located in Delhi’s upmarket CP.
The eatery is easily accessible to shoppers, families, corporate offices, tourists and students. Its key feature is definitely the food, which is theme-based street food from all around the world, presented in a contemporary way.
Street food has always been the part of our culture. Although there are many excellent restaurants and cafes, it sometimes really becomes difficult to avoid the temptation of a quick bite at a street cart. Hawkers’ menu has been inspired by the street food from South-East Asia, India and the sub-continent, Europe and America. These delicacies have been introduced after months of research and development.
The Kapoor brothers also own Gola Sizzlers, which has outlets in CP, Rajouri Garden, Gurgaon and Noida. They plan to expand their outlets to other cities as well. There are concrete plans to open Gola Sizzlers outlets in other metros.
