During his tenure at Hershey, his experience included international leadership roles, spanning operations in the United States, Canada and global markets in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He also managed Hershey’s end-to-end supply chain for China, demonstrating a strong track record in scaling complex logistics and manufacturing operations.
Before his corporate career, Bonifant served as a management consultant at The Boston Consulting Group and spent eight years as an officer in the U.S. Navy, where he held leadership and engineering roles aboard the USS Georgia ballistic missile submarine. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy, a Master of Science in Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
