HRAWI hosts FoSTaC programme in Mumbai

The Hotel and Restaurant Association (Western India) – HRAWI organised FSSAI’s latest Food Safety Supervisor Training in Advance Catering (FoSTaC), at The Unicontinental, on August 31, 2026.
Forty-Seven hospitality professionals from the region participated in the training programme conducted by Dr V Pasupathy. It covered essential topics including food handling, hygiene, sanitation and waste management and imparted practical insights on strengthening food safety measures and reinforcing industry best practices.
HRAWI has successfully trained and certified 4,065 hospitality professionals through its FoSTaC and FSSAI's Management Training Programmes. The programme is designed to promote a culture of food safety and equipping industry professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to uphold the highest standards in daily operations.
