HRAWI hosts FSSAI’s FoSTaC programme in Indore

The Hotel And Restaurant Association (Western India) – HRAWI conducted FSSAI’s latest Food Safety Supervisor Training in Advance Catering (FoSTaC), on February 4, 2026, at the Hotel Solaris in Indore.
The programme was attended by 21 hospitality professionals and it covered essential topics including food handling, hygiene, sanitation and waste management. The training programme was conducted by Dr V. Pasupathy. Participants gained practical insights to strengthen food safety measures within their establishments, reinforcing industry best practices.
HRAWI has successfully trained and certified 3,716 hospitality professionals through its FoSTaC and FSSAI's Management Training Programme. The association is dedicated to promoting a strong culture of food safety and empowering industry professionals with the knowledge and skills required to maintain the highest standards in their daily operations.
