HRAWI hosts latest FoSTaC programme in Mumbai

The Hotel and Restaurant Association (Western India) – HRAWI conducted FSSAI’s latest Food Safety Supervisor Training in Advance Catering (FoSTaC), at The Leela Mumbai - Resort Style Business Hotel. The training programme was attended by 34 hospitality professionals, equipping them with critical insights into food safety protocols, sanitation practices and sustainable waste management strategies to elevate operational standards across the sector.
The session was inaugurated by Dr Pasupathy V, trainer, Parikshan; Tejrao Mankar - chief engineer; chef Aungshuman Chakraborty - executive chef; Disha Ghag - hygiene manager; Rakkesh Rohit - front office manager; Sadashiv Bangera - head HR; Vivek Sukhija - F&B manager; Manohar Nimbhore - L&D manager; Sunishchal Parasnis - director of sales & marketing; Abhishek Singh - executive assistant manager rooms and Premal Bhandari - housekeeping manager of The Leela Mumbai - Resort Style Business Hotel.
