HRAWI organises FSSAI’s FoSTaC programme in Mumbai

The Hotel and Restaurant Association (Western India) – HRAWI organised FSSAI’s latest Food Safety Supervisor Training in Advance Catering (FoSTaC) at the Hotel Marine Plaza in Mumbai. Held on May 27, 2026, the training programme was conducted by Dr V. Pasupathy - trainer, Parikshan FSS Pvt. Ltd., and covered essential topics including food handling, hygiene, sanitation and waste management.
The 30 hospitality professionals attending the session received practical insights on strengthening food safety measures, reinforcing industry best practices. The training session was inaugurated by Dr Pasupathy; Osden Henriques - executive assistant manager and Vaishali Savale - human resources manager of Hotel Marine Plaza and, Adhir Vinod Dabholkar - F&B manager of Silent Hills Resort Pvt. Ltd.
