Hyatt Centric Hebbal Bengaluru has expanded its culinary offerings with the launch of Oohmami, a rooftop Pan-Asian dining destination located on the 12th floor of the hotel. Officially opened on July 17, 2026, the new venue offers an immersive dining experience that blends contemporary Pan-Asian cuisine, innovative cocktails, curated music and a vibrant social atmosphere.

Designed as a day-to-night destination, Oohmami aims to provide guests with more than just a dining experience by combining elevated gastronomy, handcrafted beverages and engaging hospitality in a dynamic rooftop setting.

Commenting on the launch, Manuj Sawhney, General Manager, Hyatt Centric Hebbal Bengaluru, said, "We are incredibly excited to reveal Oohmami to Bengaluru. This has been a deeply collaborative journey, with our teams thoughtfully curating every detail—from the design language and interiors to the culinary and beverage experiences—to create a destination that feels distinctive, welcoming and relevant to a wide range of occasions. As we open our doors, we are excited to invite the city to turn up the heat with us."

Oohmami marks a significant addition to the hotel's food and beverage portfolio, reflecting Hyatt Centric Hebbal Bengaluru's focus on creating experiential dining concepts. The venue places strong emphasis on contemporary cocktail culture, complemented by curated music, live performances and immersive programming designed to enhance the guest experience.

Currently open for dinner service by reservation, Oohmami invites diners to explore bold Pan-Asian flavours, signature cocktails and an energetic rooftop ambience, positioning itself as one of Bengaluru's newest destinations for food, entertainment and social gatherings.
