IHG Hotels & Resorts has been recognised as the No. 4 Best Company to Work for in India in Great Place to Work India's 2026 Best Companies to Work For study. The recognition places the company among India's top five employers across industries.

The recognition highlights its continued progress in building a high-trust workplace, following its ranking of No. 38 in 2023 and No. 27 in 2024, as well as its recognition among Asia's Best Workplaces in 2025, where it ranked 11th. The company has also been awarded the Great Place to Work India 'Legend' status, recognising its sustained commitment to building a high-trust, inclusive workplace.

With more than 2,000 companies participating in this year's evaluation, its ranking is based on Great Place to Work's globally recognised methodology, which combines anonymous employee feedback through the Trust Index Survey with an evaluation of the organisation's leadership, culture and people practices.

Sudeep Jain, managing director, South-West Asia, IHG Hotels & Resorts, said, “Being recognised as the No. 4 Best Company to Work for in India is an incredibly proud moment for all of us at IHG. What makes this recognition especially meaningful is that it is a testament to the experiences of our colleagues and the culture we've built together. Over the past few years, we've made a conscious effort to create an environment where our people feel trusted, supported and empowered to grow. Moving from No. 38 in 2023 and No. 27 in India in 2024 to the Top 5 this year, while also being recognised among Asia's Best Workplaces in 2025, underscores that continued commitment. As we continue to expand our business across South West Asia, we remain equally committed to investing in our people, because they are at the heart of everything we do."
