Importance of choosing right utensils to cook

To define a society, Its culture tradition and more “Food is the One Most Important Aspect”. Through food we come to get closer to the society and understand the purpose of their dietary regime of Why’s & How’s? The kinds of cuisines prepared start varying within few kms of an area and that makes us understand sitting at any corner of the world what lies the culture behind and what kind of geographical location does the cuisine belong to. It’s indeed a depth that we are unaware and if we start digging the facts we wouldn’t be able to accomplish within this life of ours.

The secret behind any successful food production operation is the correct division of kitchen and equipments & proper usage of utensils. Kitchen equipments or to say it in broader terms gadgets, technology have enhanced the same boring lifelong kitchen where the maximum part of our life is utilised. Women have become more techsavvy and mind it –It is not only in the terms of appliances etc. but to how their kitchen/temple looks like. The utensils and appliances no doubt in these modern days have not only helped everyone in terms of cooking “easier” but “quicker” as well.

Picking the correct utensil to make good food is as important. Utensils are the enablers that transform a ‘good cook’ in to a perfect ‘kitchen master’. Inappropriate tools to cook may end your dish up with full of flaws by losing its authenticity. Utensils, to prepare a good food, have travelled through a great journey, before it reaches to its current state. There has been traces of cooking utensils found in ‘stone age’ and in almost all the civilisations of history have given a special status to these ultimate discovery on mankind. Then it started passing through a scientific era, where these ultimate tools of cooking have reached to the level we see them today, serving the humanity with its maximum efficiency.

Not only through the times but also with the geographical change utensils have many variations. As the culinary art of each region has a story to say through its form, feel, look & taste, their unique utensils are there to compliment the art. For instance, a steamed cooking in southern part of India will use a different steamer than that of north east where ‘dim-sum’ with soups are also prepared in steamer but with a different one, or to be precise more sustainable form for e.g Bamboo Steamer. ‘Chana’ prepared in black (iron) ‘kadhai’ tastes altogether different than it is prepared in aluminium or brass.

Food should be cooked within a stipulated time, to retain their nutritive content and visual appeal as well. Simplicity of food and using technology is what needs to be adhered to by Emerging Food Entrepreneurs and Gastronomists.

Choosing the correct utensils as per the dish helps any kitchen artist in excelling its art to altogether different level. So always do your research about choosing the appropriate weapon, before getting into the battle ground. Half the battle is already won if you have picked the right utensil for preparing your dish.

The above was a fairly precise summary of A Temple where all the Right Energies are sourced from by an Entrepreneur, A CEO, Founder or anyone to running an Enterprise, A start-up, Building a Unicorn or State of The Art Food Processing Facility by the Entrepreneur.

It doesn’t primarily mean that it only means for home but also for the Restaurants, QSRs and Food Factories.

How the usage of right Utensils, Appliances and Equipments with Technology and not limited to the Menu in the Kitchen, Canteen or Cafeteria, Production area enhances the efficiency and maintains the hygiene, quality and speed.

The right and just utensils and Equipments not only help reduce the processes flow leaner, optimised, focussed  but as  well  gives a larger area on scope of improvisation and utilisation of the space.

So here goes my thought~ with the right kitchen as the temple of the Source of Energy being derived from How One Entrepreneur is able to build the State of the Art Food Processing or even Non Food Unit depends entirely upon where he/she derives the energy from as well. With the mix of this and with the right mindset How one can also source the right equipments for a faster, Hygienic and Affordable yet Efficient production unit also decides on building the factor of “Building a Successful Venture”.

With the technology advancement, with the Growing Rapid population and urbanisation, Food being the only source has to be (3P’s) - Produced, processed and preserved much faster reducing decay and wastage too.

Land resource falling short gradually as well, an alarming readiness and preparedness is needed for vertical and other methods of farming and growing produce contributing to Reduce, Recycle, Reuse as well.

Entrepreneurs Innovating should also collaborate in same Industry in bringing more sustainable methods of using the utensils and equipments and how carbon footprint can be reduced while contributing towards greener economy and less harm to Mother Earth while avoiding complexity in food processing industry.
