This limited-edition menu comprises a variety of Yauatcha's signatures like the Vegetable chive dumpling, a delicate, steamed dumpling filled with a flavourful blend of fresh vegetables and chives, offering a savoury and aromatic experience in every bite. The Crystal dumpling is a translucent, delicate dumpling filled with a delightful mixture of minced vegetables. The Shiitake mushroom dumpling at Yauatcha features earthy shiitake mushrooms. The Shanghai dumpling is a traditional delicacy with a succulent mixture of minced pork and broth. The Chicken and coriander dumpling features tender minced chicken and fresh coriander, encased in a delicate, thin wrapper. Adding to its appeal, the dumpling skin is a vibrant purple, making it as visually delightful as it is delicious. The Wrapped chicken in pak choi with Szechuan sauce is encased with chicken enveloped in pak choi leaves, served with a flavourful Szechuan sauce that balances spicy, sweet, and aromatic notes, creating a harmonious blend of textures and tastes.
