ITC Grand Central, Mumbai, has introduced a specially curated vegetarian Navratri thali at its all-day dining restaurant, Hornby’s Pavilion, to mark the festive season. Rooted in traditional Navratri culinary practices, the thali features vegetarian preparations made without onion and garlic, focusing on simple, wholesome flavours and mindful festive eating.
The curated spread begins with Sweet Lassi, followed by Sabudana Khichadi and Khatte Meethe Kaddu Ki Sabzi. Kuttu Ki Poori is served with Cucumber Raita, while Rice Kheer brings the meal to a sweet conclusion.
The thali combines familiar Navratri favourites with a refined dining experience, highlighting traditional flavours and festive dietary practices. The offering at Hornby’s Pavilion provides guests with a comforting and leisurely way to celebrate Navratri while enjoying Indian festive cuisine in an elegant setting.
