This festive season, KOKO brings siblings to the table with a specially curated Festive Brunch across Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad, bringing together its signature Asian flavours, handcrafted cocktails and vibrant dining experience for an afternoon of good food and even better company.
Designed as a leisurely exploration of its signature flavours, the Festive Brunch brings together fresh salads, sushi, handcrafted dim sum and live noodle preparations, before moving into a selection of mains and desserts, with cocktails completing the experience.
The brunch begins at the Salad Bar with the Som Tum and Smoked Duck Salad, bringing together the freshness of green papaya with smoked duck. The Sushi Bar features favourites including the Signature Roll, Golden Maki, Hamachi Maki and Salmon Harasu Roll, offering an array of sushi across different cuts and preparations.
A highlight of the afternoon is the Dim Sum Trolley, bringing an interactive element to the table with handcrafted favourites served throughout the experience. Guests can savour the Truffle, Water Chestnut & Sweet Pea Dumpling, Spicy Poached Dumpling, Chicken Longhai Dumpling and Prawn & Chive Dumpling, each prepared with precision and attention to detail.
The Dim Sum Basket features Basket Cheung Fun with Vegetables & Lotus Root, Zhai Bao, Prawn Basket Cheung Fun and Spicy Chicken Bao, bringing together different preparations and textures across the menu.
At the live Noodle & Wonton station, guests can enjoy offerings prepared fresh to order, including the Dan Dan Yu La Mian and Hong Yu Wonton. Served fresh from the kitchen, this adds a made-to-order element to the brunch.
The mains bring together robust flavours and classics, featuring Kung Pao Prawns, Exotic Vegetables with Lantern Sauce, South East Asian Red Curry, and Broccoli Creamy Planta. Accompanied by Butter Garlic Fried Rice and Hong Kong Soy Noodles, the assortment serves a balance of preparations designed to be shared and enjoyed in each other's company.
No brunch is complete without dessert, and its selection of Cheesecake and Hazelnut Crunch Fingers provides the perfect way to end the meal.
Complementing the culinary experience is a beverage programme tailored to each city. In Mumbai, guests can enjoy the Negroni, Evergreen Tree and Picante, while Bengaluru features the Elixir, Twisted Mule and Airmail. Hyderabad offers the Paloma, Brunch Punch and Mirin Rouge, alongside a range of wines, beers and spirits.
