La Patisserie at Taj Coromandel has long been the city’s favourite cake shop and delicatessen for connoisseurs of fine desserts, and a cherished part of the city's culinary landscape for years. As it celebrates 50 years of unmatched hospitality, chef Ravi Varma and his team have curated a legacy menu that pays homage to the classics. This selection features a variety of pastries and cakes that will take guests back in time and revisit timeless flavours. This legacy menu, available from July 1 to August 3, 2024.
Pick from the legacy menu that includes delightful pastries like Apple Lattice Pie, Choux Swans, Chocolate Pyramid, Chequered Cake, and the classic favourite, Jam Roll. Some nostalgic delights from the cake menu include Tutti Frutti Cake, Marble Cake, Dutch Truffle, Butter Cream Nougat, Opera, Linzer, and the colourful Victoria Cake. All these masterpieces are as visually stunning as they are delicious.
