Lexicon Institute of Hotel Management has introduced skill-building courses that empower individuals with the knowledge and expertise needed to thrive in the hospitality industry. With a strong focus on excellence and industry relevance, the institute aims to shape the future leaders of the hospitality sector.

At Lexicon Institute of Hotel Management, we have curated a series of skill courses designed to equip participants with the essential expertise for a flourishing career in the industry. With such diverse programmes, we hope to empower the youth of the country with adequate skill sets that will enable their employment along with an entrepreneurial mindset in relevant sectors.”
The courses have been designed to provide comprehensive training and hands-on experience, ensuring participants receive a well-rounded education. The courses will cover a range of specialised areas within the hospitality sector, preparing individuals for diverse roles and opportunities.
The following skill courses will be offered as part of this programme:
- Certificate Course in Bakery and Patisserie
- Certificate Course in Italian Cooking
- Certificate Course in Indian Regional Cooking
- Certificate Course in Bartending
- Certificate Course in Housekeeping
- Certificate Course in Front Office
- Certificate Course in Revenue Management
These courses will be conducted over 4 months, 5 days a week for 4 hours per day, along with a 2-month internship. Here, participants will learn through demonstrations, practical training,and industry visits and will receive expert guidance on entrepreneurship. The course includes engaging simulations, exposure to bulk production, costing & sale, exposure to wine and cocktails, laundry management, property management, revenue management, and much more.
