Logic Robotics, a pioneer in autonomous, data-driven logistics solutions, has spotlighted the logic pallet, the world’s first multifacility autonomous mobile pallet designed to transform material handling and logistics automation across industries. Engineered to deliver true end-to-end automation, the Logic Pallet enables seamless movement of goods within and between facilities, supporting a fully autonomous, data-driven and sustainable supply chain.
Currently in production and manufactured in the United States, the 48 x 40 Logic Pallet is purpose-built to handle boxed consumer goods and food products. It is designed to replace traditional pallets and forklifts, offering a robust payload capacity of 2,000 lb (907 kg), an extended 160-hour battery life, and fully autonomous operation from the point of origin through vehicle transloading.
Unlike conventional pallets, the logic pallet is a self-driving, self-loading and self-unloading robotic platform. It functions as an in-facility shuttle, transporting standard-sized pallets to storage, picking and retrieval locations while maximising warehouse density and improving operator productivity. Its design enables high-density, aisleless storage, delivering up to three times the storage capacity of traditional warehouse layouts.
The autonomous pallet travels at a speed of 2.2 mph (1 m/s) and is orchestrated by LINK, Logic’s AI-powered warehouse operating system. LINK dynamically optimises real-time storage and retrieval across warehouses of any shape or size, ensuring efficient material flow and utilisation of space.
Equipped with autonomous stacking, self-navigation and return-for-reuse capabilities, the Logic Pallet significantly reduces labour dependence, downtime and waste. Its patented weight-based inventory management system enables on-demand cycle counting, while automated item recognition delivers real-time inventory visibility and reduces manual errors.
By automating consolidation, deconsolidation and cross-docking, the logic pallet streamlines inbound and outbound logistics. With the ability to load or unload a full trailer in just five minutes, it offers one of the fastest dock-to-stock solutions in the industry, setting a new benchmark for future-ready warehouses and distribution centres.
