Mahindra EPC Irrigation secures supply contract under community project

Mahindra EPC Irrigation, part of the Mahindra Group, has secured a significant contract for the supply of Micro Irrigation Systems under the Community Micro Irrigation Project.
The contract, awarded by the office of the chief engineer, will see the company deliver irrigation systems for approximately 40 acres of land, contributing to the advancement of agriculture in the region. This project is a part of its irrigation's ongoing efforts to support agricultural productivity by implementing cutting-edge irrigation technologies.
The contract, valued at Rs 173 crore, will span about six months, during which the company will deploy its expertise in micro irrigation. The technology used in this project aims to optimise water use, reduce wastage, and enhance the efficiency of irrigation practices.
By catering to the needs of large-scale, community-driven agricultural projects, it is reinforcing its capability and commitment to improving the sustainability of farming practices through the use of modern technologies.
