Marriott Executive Apartments appoints Ramani as director of operations

Marriott Executive Apartments Bengaluru UB City has appointed Aditya Ramani as director of operations. Bringing over two decades of experience in the luxury hospitality sector, Ramani joins the property with an extensive background in food and beverage operations, hotel openings, operational transformation, and guest experience management across India, the Maldives, and South Africa.

In his role, Ramani will oversee the hotel’s operational functions, focusing on enhancing guest experiences, driving service excellence, strengthening operational efficiencies, and supporting the continued growth of the property within Bengaluru’s luxury hospitality landscape.

A seasoned hospitality professional, he has worked with some of the world’s most recognised luxury hotel brands and has held senior leadership roles across renowned properties. Prior to joining Marriott Executive Apartments Bengaluru UB City, he served as director of Food & Beverage at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu, where he led large-scale food and beverage operations across multiple dining venues and events spaces, while also supporting the hotel’s ongoing transformation initiatives.

His professional journey also includes leadership tenures with prestigious hospitality brands such as The Imperial New Delhi and several Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts properties across Mumbai, Johannesburg, and the Maldives including a cross-exposure assignment in Singapore and Dubai during his tenure, where he gained valuable experience working alongside diverse global teams and further strengthened his understanding of luxury hospitality operations and service excellence. Throughout his career, Ramani has been closely associated with pre-opening projects, restaurant launches, luxury resort operations, and operational revamps, gaining valuable expertise in managing multicultural teams and delivering elevated guest experiences. Over the years, he has built a reputation for operational leadership, strategic planning, and fostering high-performing teams within luxury hospitality settings.
