Ming appointed as specialty chef at Westin Koregaon Park’s The Market

The Westin Pune Koregaon Park has appointed Ho Chi Ming as the specialty chef for The Market, the newly-launched all-day dining restaurant. He comes to The Westin Pune Koregaon Park with over 11 years of rich experience in culinary operations in the hospitality industry.
Having worked in five-star hotels previously like Sheraton Hyderabad, Le Meridien Thimphu, Hyatt and Ista Pune, he has worked in the award winning restaurant Baan Tao at Ista/Hyatt Pune. He will treat patrons at the Market to Asian flavours.
Ming believes that creativity is key to his signature cooking style. His love for producing high-quality, innovative dishes is driven by his passion to put his own interpretation in signature dishes.
He has introduced Vietnamese and Indonesian food in Thimphu. He loves designing new menus at different occasions to give his guests a memorable dining experience.
Ming’s spontaneity and imagination while concocting dishes is what makes him stand out in the Asian culinary scene. Earlier last year, he also curated and designed an Asian menu for an Asian festival at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park.
He is on board The Westin Pune Koregaon Park team for a long culinary journey, and looks forward to creating some unforgettable dining experience for guests. His vast knowledge, experience, and passion for Asian cuisine is sure to take guests on an exotic culinary journey.
