North Indian restaurant chain Punjab Grill opens outlet at Kala Ghoda

Punjab Grill, established as the custodian of authentic Punjabi cuisine, has opened its latest outlet at Kala Ghoda. The menu comprises signature dishes such as Chaamp Tajdar, Ambarsari Malai Kofte, Pyaz wali Bhindi, Maash di Dal, Aloo Matar Tariwale, Mutton Curry, Baingan da Bharta, Murgh Aloo Palak and Mirch de Pakode and Dal Punjab Grill.

Other must-haves include the Crab Curry, Tandoori Lobster, Jheenga Curry, Tariwali Machhi, Tawa Surmai, Mahi tikka and Tawa Scallops. Punjab Grill’s unique selling proposition (USP) is the authentic flavours it serves.

The restaurant maintains extremely high standards with regard to the quality of the food prepared and served at its outlets. Every ingredient is sourced with extreme care and prepared using the traditional recipes.

Highlighting the authentic and elegant dining experience of Punjab Grill, chef Amitesh Singh Virdi shared his vision behind the menu and the restaurant. He said, “Punjab Grill is known to provide an exceptional dining experience to its guests.”

“The Kala Ghoda outlet continues to focus on celebrating the traditional taste and flavour of Punjab while offering its diners an opportunity to experience a more holistic and eclectic food journey through the lanes of Undivided Punjab,” he added.

Thus, in accordance with the changing food trends, we have made a shift from rich gravies to aromatic herbs and spices to further enhance our signature flavours,” Virdi said.
