Qmin, Indian Hotels Company Limited’s (IHCL) gourmet food delivery platform, makes its grand debut in the capital city. A repertoire of culinary experiences commencing with delivering dishes from the treasured restaurants of Taj, Vivanta and SeleQtions to the comfort of your home, is the first phase of the much awaited Qmin launch in the national capital.
Guests can order from eight iconic and celebrated restaurants like the House of Ming and Machan from Taj Mahal, New Delhi; Spicy Duck, Masala Art and Capital Kitchen from Taj Palace, New Delhi; Yellow Brick Road from Ambassador, New Delhi – IHCL SeleQtions and Thai Pavilion and Culina 44 from Taj City Centre, Gurugram. Celebrated Indian cuisine from Indus Express at Vivanta New Delhi, Dwarka, will soon be a part of the culinary selection on Qmin.

The culinary experience will celebrate nostalgia, quality of cuisine, authenticity and the craft of warm hospitality in the comfort and convenience of your home.
It ensures guests a differentiated delivery experience with an enhanced focus on maintaining stringent protocols of safety and hygiene. This includes contact-less delivery and the mandatory use of protective gear for delivery executives in thoroughly sanitised vehicles. The packaging is eco-friendly utilising biodegradable materials, and with customised insulation boxes to preserve the food whilst being delivered.
The platform will expand its scope and bring Taj@Home to other cities in the near future.The Qmin mobile application will be launched in Mumbai on July 25, 2020, followed by the gourmet Qmin Shopin subsequent months presenting epicurean specialities and authentic artisanal brands.
The digital menu would include the much-loved and exquisite dishes like Golden Fried King Prawns, Silken Tofu Chilli Black Bean from the House of Ming; Kathi Kebab Kaziranga “1978”, Gosht Ki Biryani, Dal Machan “1978” from Machan; Chicken Tai Chin, Shimeji from Spicy Duck, Comfort food with Stone oven pizzas and Home-style dishes from the Capital Kitchen to Laab Kai (Spicy minced chicken salad, mint leaf & roasted rice); Gaeng Kiew Warn from Thai Pavilion and Yellow Brick Road’s ever famous YBR Chicken, Keema Pao, Kurkuri Idli Chat and much more.
