Premier Beehive donates Christmas hams to local Food Bank

In the spirit of the holiday season, the team at Premier Beehive has partnered with the local Food Bank in Carterton, donating 30 Christmas hams. This gesture is part of the company’s ongoing commitment to support the local community. The company also contributes their products throughout the year to the Food Bank.
The hams will be distributed to community members facing food insecurity over the holidays. Debbie Mansfield, Carterton Food Bank manager, said, “This contribution from Premier Beehive was significant, with many families in the community facing challenges in providing festive meals for their loved ones. Carterton Food Bank is working with local Carterton schools to distribute the hams to reach the families in need of Christmas Food Parcels this year.”
Peter Milzewski, general manager of Premier Beehive, said, “This initiative aims to support those in our local region as part of our community engagement programme. Our mission extends beyond our business operations; we strive to be a responsible member of our community. We encourage other local businesses and individuals to consider supporting the foodbank’s efforts as well, not just around the holiday season but throughout the year.”
