Radico Khaitan Limited, one of India’s largest spirits companies, has reported its best-ever quarterly performance across all key financial and operational metrics for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025, reflecting strong consumer demand and an accelerating shift towards premiumisation in the Indian spirits market.
During Q3 FY26, the company recorded a total IMFL volume of 9.75 million cases, marking a growth of 16.7% year-on-year. Revenue from operations stood at Rs. 1,546.7 crore, up 19.5%, while EBITDA surged 44.9% to Rs. 265.4 crore, supported by margin expansion to 17.2% from 14.2% in the corresponding quarter last year. Total comprehensive income rose sharply by 61.6% to Rs. 153.7 crore, underscoring improved profitability and operating leverage.
The company’s Prestige & Above portfolio remained a key growth driver, with volumes increasing 25.9% to 4.62 million cases and net sales rising 29.4% to Rs. 838.3 crore. These brands contributed nearly 74% of total IMFL sales value, highlighting Radico Khaitan’s premium-led growth strategy.
For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, Radico Khaitan posted IMFL volumes of 28.82 million cases, up 29.8%, while net revenue grew 28.2% to Rs. 4,546.7 crore. EBITDA for the period rose 48.3% to Rs. 732.2 crore, with margins improving to 16.1%, and Total Comprehensive Income climbed 67.6% to Rs. 423.8 crore.
Commenting on the performance, Dr. Lalit Khaitan, chairman and managing director, said the festive quarter reflected strong sector momentum and premiumisation trends, translating into meaningful margin expansion and improved return ratios. Managing director Abhishek Khaitan highlighted early traction for the company’s premium and luxury launches, including Rampur 1943 Virasat Indian Single Malt, and said Radico Khaitan is well positioned to scale luxury Indian spirit brands globally, supported by a strong balance sheet and clear long-term strategy.
