With jaw-dropping views and contemporary chic interiors by Atelier Pond, this is the ultimate playground for innovators and connoisseurs alike. The furniture and fittings, sourced from across the globe, complement the surreal view of the ocean and its changing colours through the day.
Leading the charge are three titans of the whisky world: Myles Carroll, the charismatic Brand Ambassador for Dewar’s, Pearl Fernandes, the suave Portfolio Trade Ambassador for West India, and the hotel’s very own mixology maestro, Vineeth Krishnan. They’re here to guide patrons through an unforgettable whisky journey.
The event kicks off at 4.30 pm with a special blending session led by Myles himself. Get ready to dive deep into the art of whisky craftsmanship behind Dewar's whiskies, learning the intricacies of blending from one of the best in the field. From 5.20 pm to 6 pm, it’s cocktail hour. Sip on the sophisticated Mango Highball, Jamun Highball, and Lychee Penicillin while savouring delicious bites that perfectly complement the drinks. The hotel will pamper guests with exclusive bar kits to elevate their home bartending game, all with the expert guidance of Pearl and Vineeth.
