Sandwizzaa unveils sourdough sandwiches

Sandwizzaa has unveiled its Signature Series, a café-exclusive collection of sourdough sandwiches aimed at offering customers a more leisurely dine-in experience.
Available exclusively at participating cafés, the new range builds on the brand’s longstanding focus on fresh, accessible and flavourful vegetarian food. The Signature Series has been developed to complement the existing menu while reflecting the growing role of cafés as spaces where customers can sit, gather and spend more time over their meals.
The inaugural collection features sandwiches served on freshly baked sourdough and paired with handcrafted signature aiolis. The range includes Pank's Pesto, featuring sautéed vegetables, crisp lettuce, cheddar cheese and fresh pesto, served with basil-garlic aioli; SDL Thecha, made with fresh cottage cheese tossed in house-made thecha with garlic and nuts, onions and green herb aioli; and AJ's caramelised onion, combining sautéed vegetables, slow-caramelised onions, creamy cheese sauce and French balsamic flavours, complemented by green herb aioli.
