Sheraton Grand Chennai & Fratelli wines to host wine dinner on July 12

Sheraton Grand Chennai Resort and Spa, in association with Fratelli wines, hosts a one-of-its-kind wine dinner at Pelican Deck, the property’s open-air grill and barbecue dinner restaurant, between 7pm and 11pm on July 12, 2019.
Chef Pramit, under the guidance of Chef Mukesh Sharma, executive chef at the property, has curated an array of flamboyant international preparations with authentic flavours.
These will be paired with a selection of premium wines suggested by sommelier Craig Wedge and a six-course meal, complete with live seafood counters, specially curated by the culinarians. It will be priced at Rs 3,500 plus taxes.
Signature dishes include Chilli Tamarind Lobster with raw Papaya and Coriander, Sous Vide Chicken with rollapini with mushroom, black ride and apricot jam, Grilled vegetable steak with black truffle and parmesan.
One can end their meal with a decadent Golden Poached Pear Frangipani tart with fresh berries and coulie.
