Sidel emphasised that Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles are key for driving positive change. In order to achieve this goal, they have joined forces with customers, suppliers, external partners and communities.
For this year’s assessment, it boasted their environmental leadership and advanced ESG reporting, demonstrating a structured approach to environmental management, transparency and performance disclosure.
Its vast supply chain and robust deployment also reflect the integration of sustainability principles throughout procurement processes and supplier engagement activities, with high social performance and integrated ethics practices being supported by strong governance, people-focused initiatives and a culture of integrity soaring throughout the organisation.
Francesca Bellucci, vice-president for strategy and sustainability at Sidel, said, “This recognition is a testament to the collective efforts of teams across the entire organisation. Achieving EcoVadis Gold at Group level demonstrates that sustainability is deeply embedded in the way we operate and create value for our customers, employees, partners and communities.
