Skope Kitchens, the delivery-first kitchen platform known for enabling and scaling food brands, has partnered with Gredo Foods, a smart food retail company, to introduce a fresh food vending machine concept designed to make ready-to-eat meals more accessible across high-footfall locations.
The partnership combines Gredo Foods’ technology-led vending infrastructure with Skope Kitchens’ expertise in fresh food production and supply chain operations. Through this model, consumers can access freshly prepared meals, snacks, beverages, salads, sandwiches, wraps, and protein-rich food options through temperature-controlled vending machines.
The first deployment has been launched at Scaler School of Business, with plans to expand across educational campuses, corporate offices, hospitals, residential communities, co-living spaces, and transit hubs.
The concept addresses a growing demand for convenient food options that extend beyond traditional packaged vending products. By offering freshly prepared food through automated retail, the companies aim to create an additional access point for consumers seeking quick meal solutions throughout the day.
Mayank Kelwani & Sanskriti Deshmukh, founders of Gredo Foods, said, “The idea behind Gredo Foods emerged from a simple observation; people often have limited access to freshly prepared food during long workdays, study hours, or while commuting. Through this partnership, we are building a format that makes quality meals available in locations where traditional food infrastructure may not always be practical.”
Arvind Krishnan, founder & CEO of Skope Kitchens, said, “Our role at Skope Kitchens has always been to build the operational foundation that allows food concepts to scale sustainably. Gredo Foods brings an interesting retail format to the table, and this partnership enables us to extend our capabilities beyond conventional food delivery channels. By combining production expertise with automated retail, we can serve consumers in environments where access to fresh food has traditionally been limited.”
