St Regis Mumbai’s Seven Kitchens to commemorate Republic Day with brunch

Our Bureau, Mumbai
Seven Kitchens, located on Level 9M at The St Regis Mumbai, will usher in Republic Day (January 26, 2020) with a brunch curated by chef Paul Kinny, the hotel’s culinary director.

It will take place between 12:30pm and 4pm.  

The multi-regional spread will comprises such cuisines as Awadh, Maratha and South Indian.

The delicacies include Koh-E-Awadh, Hirvya Masalayachi Mutton, Thalassery Prawn Biryani, local seafood grills and Pandi Curry.

It will be priced Rs 3,300 onwards.
