The Swinton House, Jaipur, is bringing together heritage, dining, cocktails, art and nightlife at its 150-year-old colonial property, creating a contemporary hospitality experience that combines the character of its historic setting with an eclectic food and beverage offering.
Led by chef Prince Beniwal, the menu draws from Indian culinary traditions while incorporating global influences. The approach focuses on familiar flavours and dishes presented through contemporary interpretations, resulting in a menu that moves across regional Indian and international cuisines.
Among the offerings are Epic Kadhi Kachori, Hot Garlic Idli, Rajma Infusion Arancini, Kolkata-Style Street Chilli Paneer, Avocado Galouti and Tangy Kasundi Paneer Tikka. The menu also features Moroccan Kebab, Chicken Cafreal, Butter Chicken Inferno, Laal Maas Uttappam, Ghee Roast Prawns Toast and Amritsari Fish on Kairi Cloud.
Further international influences include Adana Kebab, Raan-e-Royal Feast and a selection of Turkish Fattir & Pide. The menu extends into Asian and European offerings with Bao & Dimsum, Sushi, Oriental Make-Your-Own Bowl, pasta and European mains, allowing multiple culinary influences to coexist within the dining experience.
The beverage programme follows a similar philosophy at Swinton’s Pour House, where mixologist Ankur works with global spirits and locally sourced ingredients to create cocktails inspired by both familiar and unconventional flavour combinations. The selection includes Sassy Jamun, Mango Tango, Kaizen, Kingsmaker Highball and Red Eye Flight.
