Anuga Select India brings together food and beverage businesses, manufacturers, distributors, foodservice professionals and other industry stakeholders, providing a platform to explore opportunities and emerging trends across the food industry.

Tropolite’s participation is aimed at strengthening its presence across India’s bakery, foodservice and hospitality sectors and highlighting its role as a solutions partner for food businesses. The company has expanded its portfolio beyond bakery and whipping solutions to address a wider range of culinary and food manufacturing applications.

The frozen desserts range is among the key offerings being showcased at the exhibition. Tropolite’s portfolio also includes Premium Whip Toppings, Cake Premixes, beverage solutions such as Cold Coffee and Frappe Powder, Fondants and Aromas, and Cooking Base.

Puneet Davar, CEO and Managing Director, Tropolite, and Chef Vikas Vibhuti, Executive Corporate Chef, Tropolite, are present at the exhibition, providing visitors an opportunity to interact with the team and understand the applications of the company’s products across food businesses.

Davar said, “Anuga Select India gives us an opportunity to meet food businesses and professionals from Mumbai and different parts of the country and hear directly about the requirements they are seeing in their day-to-day operations. The market includes a wide range of businesses, from bakeries, patisseries and cafés to hotels, restaurants and QSRs, each with different application and production needs. Our participation is an opportunity to understand these requirements better and share where our products may be relevant.”

The company is engaging with bakers, pastry chefs, bakery owners, food entrepreneurs, café operators, QSR representatives, and hotel and restaurant professionals during the three-day exhibition.
