WellWith, a research-driven wellness company harnessing Himalayan Sea Buckthorn for nutrition and personal care, has raised Rs 1.25 crore in a Seed funding round led by BeyondSeed, with participation from Winner Ventures. The capital will be deployed across two core priorities: advancing clinical research and strengthening supply chain infrastructure in Ladakh. The company plans to invest in structured clinical studies to validate the efficacy and safety of its Sea Buckthorn–based formulations. In parallel, it will deepen its sourcing, processing, and logistics capabilities in the Himalayan region, supporting quality, scalability, and long-term community engagement.
“WellWith stands at the intersection of science, sustainability, and consumer trust. Their deep understanding of Sea Buckthorn, commitment to transparency, and focus on community-led sourcing position them as a compelling wellness brand for the future. We are excited to support their next phase of growth,” said Kuldeep Mirani, CEO and Co-founder, BeyondSeed. At the core of WellWith’s approach is its focus on developing Sea Buckthorn–based wellness solutions informed by traditional wisdom and supported by modern scientific research. Its product portfolio addresses immunity, skin health, digestion, energy, and preventive care, with a strong emphasis on transparency, minimal processing, and ethical sourcing. The company has also been closely mentored by Arjun Vaidya, Founder of V3 Ventures, whose early-stage guidance on brand building, consumer trust, and scaling purpose-led wellness brands has played a key role in shaping WellWith’s strategic direction and long-term vision. Udit Chawla, Director, WellWith, said, “We are more than a brand. It is a movement toward conscious living. Our focus is on empowering people to take charge of their health through clean, science-backed nutrition.”
Reflecting the brand’s product philosophy, Bhupendra Pal, Director, WellWith, said, “True growth comes from combining tradition with innovation. We are committed to transforming Himalayan wisdom into modern wellness solutions that genuinely improve lives.” Nikhil Pratap Singh, Director, WellWith, said, “We believe sustainable growth begins with responsibility—toward our customers, our communities, and our ecosystem. Our journey is driven by transparency, research, and purpose-led expansion.”
Arun Solanki, Director, WellWith, said, “Our vision is to build a wellness brand that stands for trust, purity, and long-term impact. Every step we take is focused on creating value not just for today, but for generations to come.”
Operationally, WellWith has demonstrated consistent revenue growth, driven by repeat purchases and strong organic demand. The company has built a pan-India direct-selling ecosystem focused on livelihood generation and community empowerment through initiatives such as Studentpreneur and Mompreneur programs. Customer acquisition has been largely referral-led, reflecting high levels of trust and satisfaction without reliance on aggressive marketing spends, said the company note.
