Zydus Wellness Limited announced the appointment of Dr Shyam Ramakrishnan as chief scientific officer (CSO), effective July 1, 2026. The appointment, approved by the board of directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, reinforces the company's commitment to advancing science-led innovation and strengthening its research and development capabilities.
The company aims to further strengthen its scientific leadership and innovation pipeline, and accelerate the development of differentiated, science-backed products across its wellness portfolio.
