fiogf49gjkf0d IDS Next, the technology solutions major for the hospitality and leisure industry, now provides Fava and Caperberry, Bengaluru’s fine dining hangouts, with its FortuneNext R&B.
The IDS Next restaurants management software has been specially designed to handle the niche needs of fine-dining and quick service restaurants (QSR), food courts, take-away food outlets and other eateries.
Over 700 restaurants across India, the Middle-East and Africa use this software and have recognised its operational benefits. “Both Caperberry and Fava have been using FortuneNext R&B since their inception,” said Chef Saha.
“It is this restaurant software that backs up our effort on delivering quality service. The software has increased the level of efficiency at both Caperberry and Fava,” he added.
“However, training sessions at the IDS Next Advantage Academy would help us to further leverage the software,” Saha said.
“Since the chefs and employees have previously worked in a number of different hospitality outlets, they have been familiar with various restaurant software, but with a bit of exposure FortuneNext R&B the software, which is fully operational, could be maximised,” he added.
The restaurant management solutions are known to reduce revenue leakages, ensure streamlined operations, enhance the speed of service, improve customer satisfaction and optimise the manpower utilisation.
Further the modules of FortuneNext R&B cover point of sale, accounts receivables, materials management and food and beverage costing.
“Fava and Caperberry are fantastic restaurants. We are delighted that they use our FortuneNext R&B and are successfully extracting value from it,” Binu Mathews, chief executive officer, IDS Next Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, said.
“The core goal of our software product is to help hoteliers and restaurant owners reduce costs, optimise the use of manpower, enhance guest satisfaction and generate profits. We are doing just that for Fava and Caperberry,” he added.
“IDS Next’s implementation team took five days to complete the installation,” Mathews stated.
