HRH Group’s Fateh Prakash Palace & Shiv Niwas Palace, Udaipur bag GIWA

fiogf49gjkf0d Two properties of the HRH Group of Hotels - Fateh Prakash Palace and Shiv Niwas Palace, Udaipur - bagged Great Indian Wedding Awards (GIWA) 2014 in the best wedding hotel category.
The hospitality group also bagged the gold and silver awards in the best wedding venue category for their property, Jagmandir Island Palace, a palace on an island in Lake Pichola, Udaipur, and Manek Chowk at The Palace, Udaipur.
The awards were presented during the second International Convention of the Wedding Fraternity (ICWF), which was held at the Grand Hyatt, Goa. ICWF nominates and selects the winners. This year’s meet had over 140 nominees.
Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar, executive director, HRH Group of Hotels, and Dashrath Singh Rathore, the chain’s general manager, sales, received the awards, which were presented by ICWF Singapore’s Jonathan Goh and photographer Amit Mehra.
Commenting on this achievement, Mewar said, “These awards once again showcase the outstanding effort which is put in by the HRH team in providing heritage hospitality and offering world-class facilities.”
“We believe in treating our guests as if they are God themselves. We bestow on our guests the royal heritage, culture and traditions of India by presenting it meaningfully in the 21st century. I would like to thank ICWF for choosing us and promise to continue the good work that we have been delivering,” he added.
