IDS Next’s FortuneNext 6i R&B enables better service at The Biere Club

fiogf49gjkf0d IDS Next’s restaurant management software solution FortuneNext 6i R&B has now enabled The Biere Club (which opened its first outlet on Bengaluru’s Vittal Mallya Road three years ago) to serve its patrons better.
Based on the patrons’ response from guests, its management launched another outlet in Whitefield in 2013. It sports the ambiance of a contemporary English pub, and houses The Biere Chophouse, an old English-style grill house.
“As we grew in terms of outlets and on-menu offerings, to keep up with the guest expectations and streamline the whole process of complex workflow, we decided to opt for IDS Next’s FortuneNext 6i R&B,” said Vishal Nagpal, director, operations, The Biere Club.
“Both our outlets have been using the software since their inception. Due to the software, the increased automation for a faster service has led us to optimise the use of manpower at our restaurants,” he added.
Additionally, FortuneNext 6i R&B also assists the management at The Biere Club to information on restaurant functioning, including cashier reports, sales by item, ledger balances, cost centre consumption summaries and daily transaction checklists.
With this software, the management also gets to view the number of guests visiting their outlets on a daily basis, their spending patterns and the percentage of discounts offered to them.
“FortuneNext 6i R&B is complete restaurant management software for us. This feature continues to impress us over these years,” Nagpal said.
“All the modules, especially the accounts receivable and materials management modules, are useful for our daily operations. FortuneNext 6i R&B is the best way to leverage technology at a set up like ours,” he added.
FortuneNext 6i R&B is a product of IDS Next’s commitment to develop a comprehensive software that can address the daily operational issues of a restaurant.
This software comes with four modules, namely point of sale, accounts receivable, materials management and food and beverage costing. It helps to optimise profits, apart from helping drive productivity and efficiency.
