The Hotel and Restaurant Association (Western India) – HRAWI conducted Food Safety and Standards Authority of India’s (FSSAI) latest Food Safety Supervisor Training in Advance Catering (FoSTaC) and Management Training Programme.
Held at The UniContinental, the programme was attended by 23 hospitality professionals who received training on critical aspects such as food handling, preparation, hygiene, sanitation and waste management. By focusing on these essential areas, the programme equipped attendees with practical skills to implement rigorous food safety protocols in their daily operations.
